Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) is a sukuk investment instrument published by the state called retail SBSN. CWLS as one of efforts Government to develop productive waqf in Indonesia. The innovation this project BI, Finance Ministry, Ministry State-Owned Enterprises, and BWI. objective based development increase its oprational value getting various parties involved. sharia financial sector that needs developed for social welfare method used article descriptive field research.
